Gran Palette HakodateStaff are very kind, and the view of Mt. Hakodate from the 4th floor is excellent.
Kids loved the slide and hammock in the room; it felt like a secret base.
Spacious room, comfortable bedding, and plenty of robes and towels provided.
Great free coffee service in the lobby and close to major attractions.
Beds are a bit firm.
