APRO STAY ShinagawaConvenient self-check-in, close to the station and convenience stores. Spacious room with good facilities.
No elevator; carrying luggage to the 5th floor was extremely difficult. Check-in process was frustrating.
TV repair took 5 days, bedding was stained, and staff were unhelpful.
