Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya WestEverything is perfect: hygiene, location, and staff friendliness.
Good soundproofing and clean. The coin laundry on the 1st floor is very useful.
The air conditioning is very drying.
Close to the station and staff are very kind. The breakfast bento is excellent.
Comfortable beds and very clean. Loved the free drinks and ice cream in the lobby.
Rooms are very small and there is a fee for luggage storage.
