Staff were friendly, check-in was fast, and the 30th-floor room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Front desk staff was very kind and patient.

Room felt very old, bathroom ceiling panel was falling off, and there was mold.

The renovated room in the Bally tower was very nice and the location was ideal.

Soundproofing was poor; noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was clearly audible.
