Congress Plaza HotelRenovated rooms are clean, and the location and price are excellent. Recommend eating breakfast outside.
Great historic vibe and very convenient location. A no-frills hotel that gets the job done.
Hallway carpets are worn and hot water can be inconsistent.
Fantastic location with easy access to public transport. Recently renovated rooms are satisfactory.
