Grande Beach ResortRoom was clean and staff was very friendly. The ocean view is spectacular.
The beachfront view was amazingly beautiful, especially waking up to the sunshine.
Sink and shower still had tons of sand and hair from previous guests; sink was clogged.
Modern upgrades and great vibes at the pool bar.
The ramps leading to the lobby are way too narrow, risking scratches on vehicles.

Found roaches in the microwave, cracked TV, leaking AC, and unexpected extra charges at check-in.
The exterior looks okay, but the rooms are disastrous and I was charged an unexpected resort fee.
The pool and proximity to the beach are worth it.
Beds and furniture are in need of a major update; no complimentary breakfast provided.
