Mt Fuji Historical Oshi house hitsukiThe owner explained the history of the house and its sacred nature. Very kind hosts and a cute cat.
Healed by the atmosphere of the tatami and the scent. The rice balls and miso soup for breakfast were delicious.
It felt a privilege to stay in such a traditional and unspoilt home. Learning about the ancient pilgrims was incredible.
It was cold in winter, needed to wear socks in bed.
