Snowploughs at all hours were disruptive to sleep.
Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even moving rooms to resolve a Wi-Fi issue.
Great for ski trips, and the onsen was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Walls are a bit thin.
