Summit at Topsail #1011Property was clean, quiet, and the beach, pool, and hot tub were great.
Poor maintenance including broken bathroom outlets and coffee maker.
Good location, safe, and beautiful balcony view.
Buckling floors, dirty rug, and mold in the shower.
