SuwakoenThe view of Lake Suwa and fireworks from the 5th-floor room was excellent, and the staff were very kind.
Great lake view and well-maintained onsen facilities.
A bit far from the station, so a taxi is recommended if you have heavy luggage.
The kids loved it, and it's the perfect place to relax with an onsen.

Close to the station and a 24-hour supermarket. Lobby coffee machine and microwave are very useful.
Room wasn't ready on time and housekeeping staff entered without permission.
Musty, moldy smell in the room.
Right in front of the station, you won't get lost.
Unprofessional staff and dusty rooms.
