Excellent location and beautiful beach. Easy parking.
Could have had a better stocked supply of water/snacks in the lobby.
The top-floor ocean view was wonderful and the reception staff were very kind.

Found roaches in the microwave, cracked TV, leaking AC, and unexpected extra charges at check-in.
The exterior looks okay, but the rooms are disastrous and I was charged an unexpected resort fee.
The pool and proximity to the beach are worth it.
Beds and furniture are in need of a major update; no complimentary breakfast provided.
