W New York – Union SquareBeds were exceptionally comfortable and the location is prime to Union Square Station.
The renovations are amazing, the staff were fantastic and the hotel was very clean.
Great location, but rooms are a bit dark and some amenities were unavailable due to renovations.

Spacious rooms, comfortable tub, and excellent breakfast/pizza at the on-site restaurant.
Front desk staff were not very professional or welcoming.
Very convenient location, within walking distance to Times Square.
Mistaken charges for drinks not consumed during checkout.
