Many reviews repeat that rooms are clean with large windows for a pleasant feel. Bathtubs and showers are well-equipped with good water pressure, and soundproofing is excellent so road noise is minimal. Air conditioning is cool and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and luggage storage before/after check-in is convenient.

Location is about a 10-minute walk from Ximending MRT, a bit out of the way which may inconvenience older travelers. Some rooms feel dated despite remodeling, breakfast is basic and not great, and occasional complaints about bathroom drainage or hairdryer plug issues.

Suitable for families or groups. Many rooms have multiple single beds, convenient for kids.
