+ Would have ranked 4.5 if it were an option. Staff was fine, rooms and bed were comfy. Location was convenient and breakfast really good.

- The room is outdated, the couch in room was stained and smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower head was also loose. And we noticed stains in carpet.

- Booked because it said dogs allowed, arrived and they had no dog rooms left... Breakfast server extremely rude about us having dogs.
