The 23㎡ space is smaller than a condo but fully equipped with daily necessities. Toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, over 20 towels, hair dryer, etc., are prepared, plus capsule coffee and bottled water in the fridge. Kitchen has water purifier, fridge, rice cooker, frying pan, and tableware for simple cooking.

Located away from the common entrance, it offers quiet and private rest. Designed with emphasis on comfort in a personal space and private bathroom.

Self-driving guests pay 15,000 won for parking separately; it's mechanical parking, difficult for large cars.
