Ninnaji's (仁和寺) Omuro-zakura is the latest-blooming cherry blossom in Kyoto. It can be seen through mid-April. Even after every other spot has finished, Ninnaji may still be in full bloom. Also, the hanafubuki (花吹雪) — petals scattering in the wind like snow — is a scene unique to Kyoto.
