Multiple reviews mention the Chinese landlady's quick response and good communication. However, complaints about hygiene are major, like cockroaches from bedding and multiple insects flying out from the kitchen. Seasonings in the shared kitchen were all expired, making cooking impossible.

Shared facilities feel inconvenient. Guests were disappointed by unclear descriptions leading to sharing walls and amenities with other families upon arrival. Not suitable for those expecting cleanliness.
